Dynamite Fries!

Hello!! So I was asked to make dynamite fries and share the recipe ! ♡ a recreation of dynamite fries from the restaurant B+F ! ;) I tried as much as possible to make it taste the same, sisters loved it so here we go! :D

Part 1 : beef salsa
ingredients :

  • minced beef
  • Ready red beans
  • red sauce (brand used : Prego )
  • crushed garlic and onion (optional)
  • seasoned the beef with : cumin, salt & pepper, chili seasoning , red pepper.

*Proportions are to preference.

steps:

  1. Cook onion in a greased deep pan, when color is red-ish add the garlic and stir, then add the minced beef and seasoning.
  2. When beef is almost cooked add the red sauce then add the red beans.
  3. Keep till boiling hot then turn off the fire.
  4. Start frying french fries while waiting for the beef salsa to finish cooking.





Now when both fries and salsa are ready, we move to part 2 :
ingredients :

  • ketchup , mayonnaise & mustard.
  • Sliced jalapeños.
  • Cheddar & mozarella cheese

Proportions here are also to preference, I put about 3/4 a cup of ketchup, half a cup of mayo and 1/3 of mustard. ( I didn't really measure it , just my estimates.)

Steps :

  1. In a bowl mix ketchup with mayo & mustard.
  2. place the fries in a pyrex that can handle the oven heat.
  3. Top fries with the beef salsa then add on it the mix of mayo, ketchup & mustard you have in that bowl then top it again with the beef salsa.
  4. Finally top it with cheddar cheese or mozarella cheese or both! & into the oven till cheese has melted! I did both.
  5. Add Jalapeños and serve ;) *I am not a fan of spicy food so I only added Jalapenos ontop after cooked, if you're a jalapeno lover you should add it within the previous steps between layers!*

"Marry me"

Hello! How is ramadhan going with you ?:D
I am loving this ramadhan! Chill ,exercise, sleep, pray, cook & world cup! *GO ARGENTINA WOHO XD* hehe! So, the only dish I tried from the restaurant "love at first bite" is a dish called "marry me" *thinks, yes I will marry you dear food* and it is YUMMMY! So I decided to recreate it at home! Here we go :

I will divide it into two parts, the rice & the chicken.

The chicken cream :
Ingredients :


  • Chicken breasts
  • Sliced onion, crushed garlic , sliced mushrooms & coriander.
  • Salt , pepper & vinegar for chicken seasoning
  • Garlic & herbs, some thyme and black pepper for the cream sauce


Steps :

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into cubes, season with salt pepper & a tea spoon of vinegar and leave aside.
  2. In a pot tart frying the onion till it is red-ish , add garlic, stir and after a minute add the chicken and mix. Close on the pot and leave for about 7 minutes.
  3. Open the pot (you will notice some water have been created)  and add the cooking cream as shown in the picture. later on add the mushrooms and coriander and stir.
  4. Leave till boils or till you're sure chicken is ready.


For the rice :
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of rinsed rice.
  • Sliced onions, cut garlic, coriander & mushrooms cut into very small pieces
  • Red sauce (used prego red sauce)


Steps :

  1. Fry the onion, add garlic and then add the red sauce.
  2. Stir and keep for about 5 minutes under high fire then add water just enough to cover the rice you'll put. Add salt and whatever seasoning you like.
  3. Wait until water starts boiling then add the rice into it.
  4. Flip over the rice every 10 minutes until ready!


and that is it! you can enjoy them together, delicious!!! ;)♡







هالطبق جربته في مطعم و كثير عجبني فقررت اجرب اسوي مثله في البيت! طلع لذيذ *-*! و هذي الوصفة :                                         
للدجاج : 
المقادير :

  • بصل مقطع و ثوم مفروم و مشروم مقطع لشرائح و كزبرة
  • صدور دجاج
  • كريمة الطبخ
  • فلفل اسود و ملح و شوية خل لتتبيلة الدجاج
  • فلفل اسود و تتبيلة الثوم بالأعشاب و زعتر للكريمة
الخطوات:


  1. نقطع صدور دجاج لمكعبات و نتبلها بملح و فلفل أسود و شوية خل.
  2. في قدر نحمص بصل ليحمر و نضيف ثوم مفروم و بعدها نضيف الدجاج، نغطي على القدر لمدة 7 دقايق
  3.  بعدها نفتح على القدر (بتتكون كمية بسيطة من الماي داخله) نضيف كريمة الطبخ و نضيف تتبيلة الثوم بالأعشاب و زعتر و فلفل أسود و شوية جبنة و شوية زبدة.
  4. بعدها نضيف مشروم مقطع شرائح و كزبرة،  و نترك الخلطة لين تغلي أو بالأحرى لين يجهز الدجاج.


  للرز : 
المقادير :

  • رز منقع بالماي
  • بصل مقطع و ثوم مفروم و كزبرة و مشروم مقطع قطع صغيرة جدا 
  •  كوب و نص صلصة حمرا ( استخدمت نوعية prego red salsa) 
  • شوية ملح

الخطوات :

  1. نحمص بصل مقطع قطع صغيرة في قدر و لما يحمر نضيف ثوم.
  2.  بعدها نضيف الصلصة الحمرا و نضيف مشروم مقطع لقطع صغيرة جدا و كزبرة.
  3. نخلط شوي لخمس دقايق و بعدها نضيف ماي (كمية الماي لازم تكون كافية لتغطي كمية الرز اللي بنضيفها) و نضيف ملح.
  4.  لما يغلي الماي نضيف الرز، نقلبه كل عشر دقايق الى ان يجهز.


و كذا يجهز الرز و كريمة الدجاج لينأكلوا مع بعض♡

Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Hello!♡ Ramadhan Kareem ♡! Long time haven't posted here eh! instagram is where I post the easy or quick recipes (my instagram: @RayyaLovesFood ) So here is a Delicious recipe! Stuffed chicken breast!

Ingredients :

  • Chicken breasts (the bigger the pieces are the better, easier to roll & slice)
  • Mushrooms & tomatoes cut into small pieces
  • Mozarella cheese
  • Chicken seasoning : salt, black pepper & lemon seasoning, tea spoon vinegar.


steps:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into two vertical halfs then cover with some food wrap plastic and beat on it so that it gets flatter and skinnier! as shown in picture.
  2.  Season chicken breasts and keep for 15 minutes.
  3. On one side of the chicken breast put some mushroom, tomatoes & mozarella cheese then roll and stick tooth picks to keep it rolled.
  4. Do the same to all then place on an oven tray, close on the oven tray with aluminium and keep in high heated oven for about 40-50 minutes.
  5. Remove the aluminium and put it back into the oven for about 5-10 minutes.

*Make sure not to overcook the chicken so it wouldn't get dry, maybe my oven is too slow or too quick so check on your chicken lol!  Stuffed chicken breasts are now ready to be eaten with some delicious cream sauce

Sauce recipe :

  • Cooking cream
  • Thyme
  • black pepper
  • Very small pieces of mushroom
  • Garlic n herbs seasoning
  • table spoon of butter

Mix the above ingredients under fire till boils abit and it is done! Make sure you taste it first though! ;)































السلام عليكم و رمضان كريم ! 
وصفة حلوة  و لذيذة فكرت فيها و طبقتها اليوم *.* صدور دجاج محشية

المقادير :


  • صدور دجاج
  • مشروم و طماط مقطعين لقطع صغيرة
  • جبنة موزاريلا
  • تتبيلة الدجاج : ملح و فلفل اسود و تتبيلة الفلفل بالليمون و شوية خل.
الخطوات :
  1. نقطع الصدور لقسمين طولياَ و نغطيهم ببلاستيك شفاف و ندق عليهم و بهالطريقة تنفرد القطعة و تضعف
  2. نتبل الدجاج و نبقيه لمدة 15 دقيقة
  3. في جهة من قطعة الصدر نضع الطماط و المشروم و الموزاريلا و نلف الصدر عليهم مثل ما موضح بالصورة و نشك عود أسنان ليثبتوا.
  4. نضع الصدور المحشية في صينية فرن و نغطي عليها بألمنيوم و ندخلها للفرن لمدة 40-50 دقيقة و بعدها نشيل الالمنيوم و نرجع الدجاج للفرن ل5-10 دقايق

بعدها يكون الدجاج جاهز و يتناول مع صوص الكريمة

المقادير :
  1. كريمة طبخ
  2. ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
  3. فلفل أسود و تتبيلة الثوم بالأعشاب
  4. زعتر
  5. مشروم مقطع لقطع صغيرة جدا

نخلط المقادير كلها تحت النار إلى ان تبدأ بالغليان و بعدها نصبها على الدجاج.
*تأكدوا ان لا تطبخوا الدجاج اكثر من اللزوم عشان ما يصير كثير جاف

Chocolate Fondants!

Chocolate fondants! (Did it before yesterday) because the best way to spend a study break is by baking ♡_♡! Very easy very quick and VERY delicious!!!

Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup hersheys semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 a cup sugar
  • 50 grams salted butter
  • 1/2 a cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • Tea spoon vanilla extract.

Steps:
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in microwave and mix them together then pour the mix in another bowl with a mix of the rest of the ingredients!
  2. Mix all the ingredients well using an electric mixer.
  3. pour the mix into a "greased" muffins tray (looks like a cupcakes tray but abit bigger) and get into the oven for about 8 minutes!
By greased I mean so the fondant won't stick to the tray.
*it depends on the oven, my oven takes more time because it is slow, I knew it was ready when the sides of each one looked puffier and harder than its center, if that makes sense*

You can enjoy it with ice cream or strawberries, it ends up "cake-y" from the outside and melted chocolatey from the inside ♡



أول أمس جربت اسوي تشوكليت فوندانت! ♡ طلع لذيذ واجد و ياخذ تقريبا 15 دقيقة لعمله!
المقادير :
  • 3/4 كوب هيرشي تشوكليت تشب semi sweet (رقائق التشوكليت هههه)
  • 50 جرام زبدة
  • نص كوب طحين
  • نص كوب سكر
  • ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا
  • أربع بيضات

الطريقة :
  1.  نذوب التشوكليت مع الزبدة بالمايكرويف و نخلطهم مع بعض و بعدين نصب الخليط إلى خليط من المقادير الثانية
  1. نخلط جيدا بالخلاط الكهربائي.
  2. نصب الخليط في صينية لعمل المافنس
    الصينية تشبه صينية كب كيك بس شوي الدوائر أكبر. و تكون شوية مدهنة عشان ما يلزق فيها الكيك
  3. نبقيه في الفرن لمدة تقريبا 8 دقائق.
* يعتمد على نوعية الفرن انا بقيته اطول لأنه الفرن بطيء، بس بتعرفي متى يجهز لما تكون اطراف كل واحد متضخمة أكثر عن الوسط و تكون "أصلب" هههه*

نهايتها ممكن ترشيه بسكر بودر للتجميل و تاكليه مع آيس كريم أو فراولة ♡من الخارج يكون كيك و من الداخل سائل تشوكليت ♡

White Sauce Pizza

HELLO! Long time since I posted here eh!
actually, long time since I made a proper dish other than breakfast hahah! uni load is tiring :')!
anyways here is a great pizza recipe ♡ family loves it when I make them pizza especially the white sauce one *getting braggy lol* and so here it is! ;) made it for sisters class "party" yesterday!

Dough recipe :
  • 2 and a half cups flour
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon garlic powder
  • 1 tea spoon onion powder
  • 2 table spoon sugar
  • 1 table spoon yeast
  • 1 table spoon baking powder
  • 2 table spoon corn powder (to make it crispier)
  • 2 table spoon olive oil
  • some water


  1. In a blender add the olive oil to the dry mix of everything mentioned above (except water)
  2. blend it together and slowly add water, no specifications on how much water to add you just add till it gets sticky enough (pic shows how it should look like, you also know it is ready when it stops sticking on the pot and all gathers up)
  3. keep it covered for 40 minutes then spread it to preference, I like it when the dough is very thin so I make the layer thin and light, if you like a fat dough spread it in a thicker manner to the shape of the baking tray.
While waiting for the dough to be ready make the sauce and let the toppings be ready

Sauce recipe :
  • Cooking cream
  • Garlic & herbs seasoning
  • Olive & roasmary seasoning
  • Thyme
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 tea spoon of garlic powder
  • table spoon of butter
  • table spoon cream cheese
  • A small amount of flour (about half a handful, to thicken the sauce a bit)


  1. You mix all the above ingredients under fire. The seasonings ,thyme and black pepper you can put as much as you like from, just make sure to taste the sauce to know whether to add abit of this or that.

Pizza toppings :
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • bell pepper
  • tomato 
  • beef pepperoni
  • mozarella cheese
(cut as shown in the picture)


Now that you have the dough ready and on the tray :
  1. Spread the sauce on the dough
  2. Add the pepperoni, mushroom, bell pepper, tomatos then top it with mozarella cheese.
  3. Get it into a preheated oven (heated from the bottom only) till it is done.
    *in the last 5 minutes open the upper heat.

    *To know if it is done, slightly lift up the pizza from the tray and check if the dough got a red-ish brown-ish color from under, if yes then its done.

وصفة العجينة:
  • كوبين و نص طحين متعدد الاستعمالات
  • ملعقة صغيرة من كل من ملح , بودرة ثوم و بودرة البصل
  • ملعقة مكبيرة من كل من خميرة, بيكنج باودر
  • ملعقتين كبار من كل من السكر و مسحوق الذرة
  1. نخلط المقادير هذه في الخلاط و نضيف ملعقتين كبار زيت زيتون و بعدها نبدأ نضيف الماي شوي شوي الى ان تستوي العجينة مثل شكلها في الصورة.
  2. نغطيها و ننتظر 40 دقيقة لتستوي

في هذي الأربعين دقيقة نجهز الصوص و بقية المقادير
وصفة الصوص :
  • كريمة طبخ
  • ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
  • ملعقة كبيرة جبنة كريمة
  • تتبيلة الثوم بالأعشاب و تتبيلة الروسمري... موضحين في الصورة فوق
  •  زعتر, فلفل أسود و كمية بسيطة جدا من بودرة الثوم

    نخلط كل المقادير تحت النار و نضيف كمية بسيطة من الطحين لنزيد من كثافة الصوص

الإضافات :
  • مشروم مقطع الى شرائح
  • فلفل رومي و طماطم
  • بيبيروني اللحم ... موضح في الصورة فوق
  • جبن موزاريلا

  1. نفرد العجينة على حسب شكل الصينية
    تفردوها على حسب إذا تفضلوا العجينة تكون سميكة او خفيفة... لو خفيفة تفردوا العجينة التكون ضعيفة جدا
  2. نضيف و نوزع الصوص في العجينة
  3. نضيف البيبيروني و المشروم و الفلفل الرومي و الطماطم و آخر شي نضيف جبن الموزاريلا
  4. ندخل البيتزا للفرن اللي يكون مسخن مسبقاَ (من الجهة التحتية فقط) لين تجهز
نقدر نعرف انها جهزت عن طريق رفع البيتزا قليلاً و نتأكد من العجينة من تحت إذا لونها شوي محمر و بني خفيف يعني انها جاهزة و بعدين نفتح الجهة العلوية من الفرن لآخر الدقايق.

Smoked Chicken Mandi!

Hello! Hope you're doing well! I haven't posted here for a while now lol! Excuse me I am limited with time and hadn't had the time to cook anything new! This recipe is an old one I have done it a while ago so I apologize there aren't any pictures of the exact steps!
but it is easy to follow and really good for a delicious impressive lunch meal ;)
here we go ♡

Ingredients:
  • A whole chicken cleaned and cut into parts.
  • Onions cut into small pieces
  • garlic & ginger beaten and mixed
  • Cinnamon (1 stick), cumin, cardamoms (هيل 5-7 pieces is enough) , kurkum, black pepper & salt.
  • olive oil & red pasta sauce
  • 1&1/2 tea spoon curry powder
  • Maggi (optional)
  • rice (washed and soaked under water for about half an hour)
  • potatoes if you would like.

Steps:
  1. In a deep pot fry the onions and then add the ginger & garlic till it gets a red-ish color then add the chicken (seasoned to preference, salt & pepper )
  2. After step one wait for about 10 minutes (so that the chicken-ish flavor tones down) then add the spices (cumin, kurkum, curry powder,cardemums, cinnamon & black pepper)
  3. Add half a piece of maggi (optionary) or just salt then in the same pot pour water just enough to cover all the chicken & close on the pot with its lid.
  4. Wait until you see the chicken is cooked then remove the chicken pieces. (you will now cook the rice using this water that is in the pot.)
  5. Add the rice to the same pot. (The water mix in pot must cover all the rice)
  6. While waiting for the rice to get cooked, in a small bowl mix red pasta sauce with olive oil then grease the top of the chicken pieces with it and into the oven till the chicken has that good red-ish color from top (as shown in the picture)
    * at first the oven is heated only from the bottom part and in the last couple of minutes you close that and open the upper part of the oven.
  7.  Fry some seasoned potatoes cut into small quarters to be added to the dish. ( I used potato seasoning mix I bought from carrefour)
  8. When the water in the rice pot dries out mix the rice by bringing the bottom portion upwards and taking the upper portion downwards using a big spoon, do that every now and then.
  9. When the chicken is ready off the oven, and the rice is ready, and the potatoes are ready, you top the rice with the chicken pieces & potatoes while it is in the pot. Keep the pot under very low fire, squeeze into the rice a small cup (فنجان) of olive oil & drop in it a small piece of heated cole (فحم) as shown in the picture. You do this so that the food gets a smoked grilled flavor.
  10. Right away after doing step 9 you close on the pot with aluminum and its lid. Wait 15 minutes and your food is ready! (The aluminum must already have been set to be quickly closed, cause you don't want to lose the smoke)
  11. ENJOY ;) 
*I cooked for 3 people here so I did not use a whole chicken I used chicken breasts.
*You can eat it with a side of yogurt mixed with cucumber & black pepper.

Seems like alot of huge steps right ? but it is just alot of explanation, it really is easy stuff haha xD.

Chocolate & Cinammon rolls

Hello fellow human beings!
This is a VERRRRY good dessert and easy to make ❤ you must try it out seriously *-*!
(I took the recipe online, some recipes I take online -will tell you if it is taken from the great web- and adjust to them abit or copy them straight off, I still post them here cause who knows maybe you will find my explanation easier :D) I don't take credit for this one!

Here it is ,ingredients:
  • Slice bread
  • Sugar powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Nutella or kinder chocolate
  • Strawberries cut into slices
  • A bit of butter (for the pan)
  • A mix of egg,milk and vanilla extract

Steps:
1-use that tool that spreads a pizza dough to make the slice bread thin and spread out.
2- On the right side of the slice bread put on some nutella or kinder, then top it with the strawberry slices and roll the bread so it looks like a roll sandwich.
3- Dip the rolls into a mix of egg, milk and vanilla then to into a hot pan with a small amount of butter till the bread color turns slightly red-ish color!
*For easier handling stick a toothpick to keep the roll rolled
4- sprinkle on top a mix of Cinnamon & sugar powder!
5- ENJOY ;) so so good :')

Grilled Chicken & Turkey Salad!

Hello! Been over a week since I last posted here I think! Hope you are doing well ♡!
Here is an easy , delicious and healthy salad recipe for you! ;)

Ingredients:
  • Chicken breasts
  • Chicken seasoning:
-Garlic oyster sauce
-Lemon&black pepper seasoning (shown in picture below, you can get it from carrefour, very useful! )
-Chili seasoning (shown in picture below, you can get it from carrefour!)
- A pinch of salt & pepper (just a pinch cause the above seasonings include them.)
  • Cut lettuce
  • Smoked turkey breasts cut into slices. (as shown in picture below)

For the dressing mix:
  • Honey
  • Vinegar
  • Mustard (a drop)
  • salt&pepper
  • Olive oil
*The amounts are to preference, just add a bit of each till you realize the perfect mix.

Steps:
1- Season the chicken breasts and let them rest for about half an hour.
2- Grill the chicken breasts (I used an electric grill)
3- When chicken is ready slice it as shown in the picture.
*to know if it is ready cut the "fattest" piece and check.
4-On a bed of lettuce add the sliced turkey then the chicken.
5- Add the dressing and ENJOY ;)!!

"Italian" Crepe!

Hello! Happy weekend everyone!!!! ;)
It was just me and my two sisters having lunch at home so I thought why not make crepes :D! Tried out a new one "italian crepe" and it was yum!

* I've written how to make a crepe twice before so just go to my "mushroom&cheese crepe" post so I don't have to write it again (hehe sorry xD)
So We assume now you've done the crepe mix as told and you have it ready to start cooking.
Note : if you don't have a stickless pan, use a normal one and just spread on it some butter so it would not get sticky.

Ingredients :
  • Beef mortadella (or preferably cooked pepperoni)
  • black olives (optional)
  • Mozarella cheese
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Red pizza sauce
  • A bit of thyme
Steps:
1- In a preheated stickless pan, using a big soup spoon pour the crepe mix ,and while pouring spread it in big circle-ish movement to make it thin. (keep the heat medium, not too hot.)
2- Wait till the upper side of the crepe turns from liquid to "solid" then spread on the left side of the crepe the red sauce, sprinkle some thyme powder then add the beef mortadella, mushrooms and then cheese. (you can add black olives if you'd like.)
 3- Wait about half a minute (You wait to make sure the crepe is cooked enough not to get cut while closing it) then close on it with the right side of the crepe.

 
4- Wait about two minutes then try to flip the crepe if you can, if you feel it is going to get messy and cuts then don't flip it, just wait more till the cheese melts and press on it every now and then.
5- It is ready to be served!! ENJOY ♡

Chili pasta !

Hello! Hope you are doing well! :D I've had a week of sickness and not feeling well haha but elhamdulilah I am fine now ♡! Not that you would care but maybe you do xD okaay okay it was a lazy day so I wanted to do something quick and easy!
PASTAAA ♡

Ingredients :

  • Pasta
  • Pasta sauce (used the one in the picture below)
  • Chicken breasts or thighs (preferably breasts but we ran out so I used chicken thighs, cut them into pieces after they were cooked)
  • Red bell pepper cut into small pieces , cut onion and garlic.
  • Chilli seasoning (shown in the picture below)
  • Thyme (زعتر)
  • 1 1/2 table spoon coconut powder
  • A pinch of chili powder


Steps:
1- Season the chicken however you'd like (salt, pepper & a piece of cinnamon into the water.) In a pot with water enough to cover the chicken start boiling the chicken until ready. (20 minutes or so)
2- while chicken is getting cooked start cooking the pasta. (Heat a pot with water enough to cover all the pasta till it boils then add the pasta and wait for it to get cooked)
3-When chicken is done cut it into pieces.
4- In a sauce pan with as little oil as possible fry the onions until color is red, then add the garlic and pour in the pasta sauce and stir.
5-Add to the mix the chicken ,red pepper, chilli seasoning, thyme and coconut powder then stir for about 5 minutes and it's ready! :D
6- Pour the mix into the pasta ,mix it and ENJOY ;)

*didn't know what to call it.so called it chili pasta cause its abit spicy lololol xD

Ginger Chicken with Fried Rice.

Hello humans ;D!! I hope you are doing good! So today I invited some friends over for lunch and cooked them some fried rice with ginger chicken "thing" *still don't know what to name it bahahah xD*
Okay here we go!!



Ingredients :

  • Two whole chickens
  • Cabbage
  • Soy sauce- Garlic oyster sauce -Tomato sauce
  • Mixed vegetables and corn.
  • 2-3 cups of rice
  • Ginger, Onion & garlic.
  • chicken seasoning (whatever you like, I seasoned it with salt,black pepper, chilli seasoning and oyster sauce.)
  • 3 table spoons mozarella cheese (optional)
  • Quarter a cup of milk

Steps :
1- Clean up the chicken and season it then let it rest for 10-15 minutes. (If you don't like to get dirty LOL just use boneless chicken breasts, it will look nicer too haha )
2- Heat up some water (the water should be enough to cover all the chicken pieces) and when the water starts boiling add the chicken and keep it until it is ready (15-20 minutes)
*Add half a piece of maggi if you want more flavor, I didn't. 
3-Boil the rice until ready and put aside. (don't forget to add a bit of salt into the water)


For the chicken : 
1- In a blender blend the ginger (peeled), onion and garlic together with a table spoon of water to just liquidate it.
*I like the word liquidate hehehehe.
2-Once the chicken is ready, cut the chicken into bits off the bones.
3-In a hot pan mix the ginger mix with the tomato sauce,oyster sauce,soya sauce and quarter a cup of cooking cream or milk. Then add the chicken and stir. Add a handful of corn if you'd like and the mozarella cheese and stir. Keep it under fire for about 10 minutes.

For the rice:
1-In a pan put a small amount of oil and then put in the mixed vegetables,cut cabbage and corn, add a table spoon of soya sauce and two table spoons of oyster sauce and stir.
2-Five minutes later add the ready and drained rice into the veggies pan and mix it well.

Both are now ready to be served!

Mushroom & Cheese Crepe!

Good morning humans ♡
Hope this day is going well for you! As for me my weekend already started ;) woke up on my own (without any alarm wohooo!!!) And decided I want a really good breakfast hehehe.
So here it is! Mushroom&Cheese crepe! Takes less than half an hour to make,soooo easy!! :D

(Portion is for 2 to 3 people)
ingredients:
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 table spoon of butter
  • Half a tea spoon salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A tea spoon of ground thyme زعتر مطحون (optional, you may replace it with something else or even nothing ,I like thyme)
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Quarter a cup of flour
  • For the stuffing : (sliced mushroom, mozarella cheese & cheddar) 
*I know it seems like alot for an "easy" recipe but it's really not xD!

Steps: 
  1. Mix the milk and butter under fire till it boils.
  2. In a bowl mix the egg, salt, sugar, pepper and thyme then add the flour and mix. Slowly add the milk mix while stirring, it will result to a slightly thick liquid mixture. you don't want it to be very thick.
  3. In a preheated stickless pan cook the crepe from one side ,basically using a huge "soup" spoon you take the mixture and pour it into the hot stickless pan in a circle-ish movement, spread the mixture as soon as it touches the pan because it turns solid quickly.
  4. When it turns golden from the bottom side flip it for about only half a minute then flip it again to put the stuffing.
  5. On the left side of the crepe add mozarella cheese, sliced mushrooms and cheddar cheese then close on it with the right side (like an omlette!)
  6. Flip it two or three times till you feel it is ready to be served!
